| Rajasthan Ayurved University is conducting 5½ years BAMS Degree Course and two Diploma Courses viz. 3 years Diploma in AYUSH Nursing and Pharmacy and 1 year Diploma in Herbal Farming , in its Constituent Ayurved College. A three months Panchkarma Training Program is available for Ayurved Doctors working in the state Government of Rajasthan and other registered Ayurveda Doctors . |

| Following academic activities are going on in the Constituent College of Ayurved: |

| 1. BAMS Degree Course: |
| Admission in first professional of BAMS is made on merit basis through an Entrance Test conducted by this university for all colleges every year. On getting permission of CCIM, the first batch of first professional of BAMS started in November, 2004 while second, third batches of the same have been admitted in August, 2005 and August, 2006 respectively. At present five batches are persuing training in its constituent college of Ayurveda. Deptt. of AYUSH sanctioned 50 seats for this course but in order to maintain the quality with our limited facilities we have admitted only 40 students in each batch. The first batch of constituent college of Ayurveda will pass out in the session 2009-10. |

| 2. Diploma in AYUSH Nursing and Pharmacy |
| Admission in this Diploma Course of 3 years duration is made on merit basis of result of 10+2 Examination. Total seats are 40 in every batch of this course. First batch of this course was admitted in September 2004 and passed out in session 2006-07. At present three batches persuing training in its constituent Nursing Training Centre and two batches have been passed out. |

| 3. Diploma in Herbal Farming |
| This novel course has been started for the first time in the country in view of the growing interest in cultivation of herbs. Admission in this Diploma course of one-year duration is done on merit basis of 10+2 Examinations. First batch of this course admitted in March 2005 in order of compliance of the announcements made in Budget Speech of Hon. Chief Minister of Rajasthan for the year 2004-05. The student intake capacity in this course is 25. |

| 4. Panchkarma Training Program |
| This is a full time residential training programmme framed for Ayurved Doctors to make them skilled in Panchkarma Therapy. At present regular batches comprising of 20 Ayurvedic Medical officers of Govt. of Rajasthan and registered Ayurveda Practioners are pursuing training of Panchkarma for the period of three months in the constituent University Hospital. Training Program for first batch was started in March 2005 and 11 batches have been passed out. |

| 5. Miscellaneous Courses |
| It is proposed that from session 2009-10 following courses will also be coducted in RAU campus. These are Panchkarma Technician Course, Certificate course in Ksharasutra and Certificate course in Yoga and Naturopathy. |
